Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an internet connection?

Yes. Voice transcription and PDF generation happen on the server. Without a connection, you won't be able to start voice sessions or download new PDFs (already downloaded PDFs can be viewed offline).

How long does it take to process audio?

Between 3 and 8 seconds depending on the recording length and your connection speed.

Are my voice recordings stored?

No. Audio is sent to the server, transcribed and discarded immediately. We do not store audio files.

Can I use VoxQuote on iOS (iPhone)?

Currently only available for Android. An iOS version is on the roadmap.

Can I have multiple accounts?

Yes. Each account has its own completely separate data space. However, the app only manages one account at a time. To switch accounts, log out and sign in with the other one.

What happens if I hit the 10-quote limit on the free plan?

The app will inform you that you've reached the monthly limit. You can still view and download PDFs of existing quotes. To create new ones, wait until next month or upgrade to Premium.

Will my quotes be lost if I change phones?

No. All quotes are saved on the server. Install the app on your new phone, log in and your data will be there.

Does the PDF work without the app?

Yes. The PDF is a standard file you can open in any PDF viewer, print or send by email like a normal document.

How do I activate the Premium plan?

For now, the process is manual. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll coordinate payment and activation.

Can the AI misinterpret my voice?

Yes, occasionally. If the AI misinterprets a value or description, correct it by voice in the same session ("change the paint value to 3.50") or edit it manually by tapping the cell.
