Templates
VoxQuote includes three document templates designed for different types of work. Choose the one that best fits your project when creating a quote.
Standard — For Architecture and Design
The classic template for architecture projects. Includes:
- Item table divided into sections (materials, finishes, installations, etc.)
- Subtotals per section
- Summary with overall subtotal, design fees and TOTAL
- Fee note at the bottom of the summary
- Your logo, name, profession and contact details in the header
Best for: independent architects, interior designers, professionals who charge fees on top of construction cost.
Simple — For Contractors and Quick Estimates
A clean, straight-to-the-point version. Includes everything in the Standard template, but without the fee breakdown: the document ends with a single TOTAL line.
Best for: contractors, construction workers, renovation services, estimates where labor cost is already included in the line items.
Extended — For Large Projects (Premium)
The most complete template, designed for tenders and formal contracts. Adds to the Standard template:
- Payment schedule: table with milestones (down payment, progress, delivery) and their corresponding percentages of the total
- Validity clause: standard paragraph stating that the quote is valid for 30 days
Best for: large projects, architecture competitions, corporate clients requiring formal documents with explicit payment terms.
Changing Templates
When creating a new quote, the app asks which template to use. You can also change it using the template button on the detail screen before starting the first voice session.
Note: Once the first voice recording is made and the quote is created on the server, the template is locked. Duplicate the quote if you need to change it.
